About Us
We are licensed, bonded, insured, with 20+ years working as landlords, home remodelers and in several different construction trades.
We’re a husband and wife handyman team that operates exclusively via word-of-mouth. So, if you’re reading this, then you probably know someone with whom we have worked.
Naomi is a mechanical engineer that has been improving and remodeling properties as an investor and landlord for over 20 years. She has also worked for other small construction/handyman companies, and still fulfills contracts as a CNC machining prototyper.
Chad has worked in general construction, roofing, and low voltage installation over 30 years. He now works alongside Naomi with the rental projects, maintenance and repairs while continuing his other gig as a wilderness skills instructor.
Between us we have experience in a wide range of homeowner topics, and have a practiced understanding of where we can bring you value, and where we would recommend bringing in a specialist rather than all-rounders like us. We can offer suggestions that will save money and help you to know where it is safe to cut costs and where it may cost money or regrets in the long run.
What We Do
This web page is intended as an extended business card. So, please, take a look at our current selection of before and after photos to see a small subset of projects that we have done for ourselves and others. Note that the ‘before’ photos were typically taken midway through the project, when we remembered that we should take a photo, and also that the final photo was just put there as a flex. Some projects are meant to never be repeated!
